By using the Website or booking our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• Estimates: Estimates are based on the information you provide (e.g., item descriptions, photos, or site visits). Final pricing is determined on-site based on the volume of items, type of materials, labor required, disposal fees, and any specialty charges.
• Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled in time blocks (e.g., morning or afternoon). Arrival times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs. We will contact you if there are significant delays.
• Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your booking, payable via credit card or other accepted methods. The deposit will be applied to your final bill.
• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee equal to the deposit or a percentage of the estimated cost.

To ensure a safe and efficient service:

• Item Preparation: All appliances must be emptied, disconnected from utilities (water, gas, electricity), and ready for removal. We do not disconnect utilities for safety reasons.
• Access and Parking: Provide clear, safe access to the items and ample parking for our vehicles. Clear walkways of obstacles, snow, ice, or debris. If our truck may damage your driveway or property, notify us in advance—we are not liable for damage if not informed.
• Presence: You or an authorized adult representative must be present during the service to inspect items and approve the work.
• Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the work area for safety.
• Cleanliness and Safety: We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsanitary, unsafe, or pose a risk to our team.

We do not accept hazardous, toxic, or illegal materials, including but not limited to:

• Flammable liquids, gasoline, propane tanks, explosives, firearms, or ammunition.
• Medical waste, biohazards, or pharmaceuticals.
• Asbestos, lead paint, chemicals, paints, solvents, oils, or batteries (unless specified otherwise).
• Tires, Freon-containing appliances (without proper certification), or items prohibited by local landfills or regulations.

You are responsible for ensuring no prohibited items are included. If prohibited items are discovered, you may incur additional fees, and we may terminate the service. You agree to indemnify us for any fines, damages, or liabilities arising from prohibited items.

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements are made.
• Accepted methods: Credit/debit cards, cash (no checks).
• Pricing includes labor, transportation, and disposal fees. Additional charges may apply for specialty items, extra manpower, or overweight loads.
• Unpaid balances may be subject to collection actions, including fees and interest.
• Tips for our team are appreciated but optional.

Upon loading and your approval, ownership of the removed items transfers to us. We will dispose of items responsibly, prioritizing donation and recycling where feasible. However, we cannot guarantee specific disposal methods due to external factors like facility policies or item condition.

• Property Damage: We take care to avoid damage, but you assume the risk of incidental damage during removal (e.g., to walls, floors, or driveways). Report any damage immediately to our team for documentation. Claims must be filed within 24 hours of service completion, and no claims will be honored until full payment is received.
• Item Damage: Items designated for removal are not insured or covered for damage.
• Exemptions: We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper preparation, or force majeure events (e.g., weather, acts of God, strikes).
• Limitation: Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, excluding indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Junkernaught, its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Injury to persons or property during the service.
• Prohibited items or violations of laws.
• Any third-party claims related to the removed items.

• Permitted Use: The Website is for personal, non-commercial use to learn about and book our Services. You may not modify, copy, distribute, or exploit any content without our written permission.
